Mr. Eric lives up to his 4.9 star rating. This service was awesome. He was fast, professional, and reasonable. It’s not an exciting thing to need roadside assistance, but if you do, he’s your guy!!

The service is par excellence! The work done was superb! MrW. was professional, efficient and on time, reassuring as he explained everything that needed done for tire repairs and remounting. Couldn’t recommend any other roadside service.more! His service charges are very reasonable, compared to others in the area. He will take great care of your vehicle! As a fellow business owner, I’m leaving this review based on how this situation was handled. I had a flat tire on my Cadillac ATS that appeared to be cut and needed replacement. My husband, who had used this company before, contacted them around 2 p.m. on a Saturday. I got a call from a guy named Eric. He told him he would come out after getting the correct tire size. He never asked if we wanted a new or used tire, and that wasn’t a concern for me at the time. When the technician arrived an hour later he introduced himself as Eric’s father (never gave his name, he just stated his son sent him) and proceeded with the tire change. When I asked for the total, he said he needed a minute to add it up. That was my first red flag — no upfront pricing. After some time, he presented the final bill: $301.35. He explained that it was this price because the tire was new (again never presented with a choice) $116.99 , labor was $25, and there was an additional $150 “after-hours” fee. I found the charge excessive, especially since the company advertises 24-hour roadside service on Google, their website, and business cards. There was no mention during the initial call that an after-hours fee

Outstanding service! Saved my Easter Sunday when I was heading home to Florida to get to my family and bursted my tire after hitting a pothole. Every other local tire shop was closed, and I lost all hope until I found this business. They were fast, came to me and thankfully had my tire size! 10/10 would recommend. Thank you again!
